RentCar TN (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides a car-rental management platform for agencies in Tunisia. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described here.

We use the information you submit to respond to your demo or application request, to set up and manage your account if you decide to join, and to communicate with you about RentCar TN.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business. Where we are required to keep records, we also rely on our legal obligations.

Your information is handled by RentCar TN and by the service providers that help us operate the platform and email our team about your request (for example, hosting and email delivery). These providers act on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to handle your request. If you become a customer, we keep it for the duration of our relationship and for any period required by applicable law.
