What we chose to build — and what we didn't

RentCar TN runs a rental agency end to end, under your own name. This is the short version of what that took, and what we have deliberately left out.

A contravention arrives three weeks later.

Enter the date and the car. The rental covering that moment is found and the driver named — then chase it, mark it disputed, take it from the caution, or carry it as the agency, whichever actually happened.

Traffic fines

You have ten years in a paper carnet.

Bring it. Past rentals go in with their source, so your history and your numbers start on day one rather than the day you switched.

Historical bookings

Your customer reads Arabic.

So does the contract. Properly right-to-left — the whole page rebuilt for it, not Arabic text poured into a French layout.

Trilingual documents

A retired customer shouldn't pay the same caution as a stranger.

Retired, salaried, property owners, vehicle owners — each can be offered a reduced caution, with the claim verified before it counts.

Deposit reduction

A visitor needs a passport and an entry date. A Tunisian needs a CIN.

The file knows the difference, and booking does not open until it is complete.

What we don't do

The shortest way to say what a product is, is often to say what it refuses to be. Every line here is checkable on this site.

No AI
The assistant answers what you wrote. Pricing follows rules you set. Nothing here guesses on your behalf, which is why nothing here can invent a rental policy you never agreed to.
No invented proof
No logos we haven't earned, no reviews we weren't given, no figure we can't tell you the source of.
Nothing we can't ship
Online payment is built and waiting on bank credentials. Until those exist it stays off this site, however good it would look here.
No lock-in
Your data leaves whenever you want it to, in formats you can open without us.

Your data is yours

Every contract, invoice, inspection and record exports to PDF or Excel, any time, without a request and without a wait. If you ever decide RentCar TN is not for you, you leave with everything you put in. That is not a promise we make lightly — it is the one that matters most before you move a business onto software.
