Subscription plans billed monthly per agency, for fleets that want to start now — or a perpetual licence, bought once and scoped to your fleet and the modules you choose, priced in a short conversation about your agency.

Starter
For a small agency starting out with the essentials.
The perpetual licence is scoped per agency: it can include any of these, chosen in your quote.
How a perpetual licence is priced
01
Managed licence
A one-time, perpetual white-label licence. Not a subscription, and not something that lapses if you stop paying — the platform is yours the way your cars are yours.
Scoped from around 20 modules for a complete rental business, up to everything.
25 modules included at no extra charge.
Every branch of your agency, not per site.
No per-seat fee — add staff without adding cost.
A numbered document, not an email.
02
Custom deployment
Your platform runs under your domain, wearing your brand, on infrastructure you control. Nothing is shared with another agency — not a database, not a server.
Your domain, your logo, your colours, your contract templates.
One agency, one server, one database.
Arabic, French and English, with full right-to-left support.
Your invoice numbering, fiscal stamp and VAT presentation.
03
Implementation
The work of getting you live is part of the licence, not a line item discovered later. That is the part most vendors charge for twice.
Migration of your existing records — bookings, customers, fleet, and the paper history if you have it.
Staff training, on your data rather than a demo set.
Deployment and go-live on your hosting.
A documented runbook you keep.
04
Support
Annual maintenance, support and updates are a separate, optional plan — priced on their own so you can see exactly what keeps the lights on, and decline it without losing the platform.
Response targets by severity, published in the Service Level Agreement.
Security patches whether or not you are on a current plan.
New releases while the plan is active.
Arabic, French and English, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
05
Infrastructure options
You choose where it runs. We size it, document it, and deploy to it — the account and the bill stay yours, which is what keeps the data yours too.
A VPS at a provider of your choice — most agencies run in Tunisia or the EU.
Your existing servers, if you already have infrastructure.
We size the machine to your fleet and traffic before you buy it.
Backups, TLS and monitoring configured as part of deployment.
06
A tailored quotation
We quote on your scope, in person, and the signed price does not move afterwards. It is a short conversation — usually one call and a follow-up.
Quoted on fleet size and module scope.
One document, valid for a stated period.
Signed prices never move.
No obligation, and no drip campaign afterwards.
What you will never be billed for
Commission on your bookings — we take nothing per rental.
Per-seat fees — your staff count is your business.
Switching a module on, once it is in your scope.
A branch, a second counter, or a seasonal desk.
The platform continuing to work if you decline the support plan.
A price increase on a signed licence.
Questions about the plans
Is the price per user?
No. The price is per agency: your whole team works under one subscription, and no plan limits the number of users.
Do the prices include VAT?
No — plan prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT and the fiscal stamp are added on each monthly invoice.
What happens when I reach my vehicle limit?
The vehicles you already have keep working. Adding one more is refused, with a message that shows your limit: remove a vehicle, or talk to us about a larger plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You sign a new contract for the plan you want, and the change takes effect from your next monthly due date — until then, nothing changes.
What happens if a payment is late?
Nothing changes straight away — there is a grace period. If the invoice is still unpaid after it, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see all your records, but you can't add bookings or change anything until it is paid.
How do I cancel?
The subscription runs month to month and renews automatically. Either side can end it with one month's notice.
The number
Prices are quoted, never published.
Two agencies with the same fleet size can need very different scopes, and a table on a website would be wrong for both. Tell us what you run and we will put a real figure in front of you.
